Offer applies to ANY property listed by ANY Real Estate Company.

This new program starts with new buyers as of January 1, 2012 and will end with all transactions closed before 12/31/2012.

This program is not intended to interrupt or change any buyer's previous relationship with a real estate salesperson/broker.

The benefit (dollar amount of certificates) that a buyer will receive in the Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce Gift Certificates is being disclosed to all parties upon writing an offer and negotiating it through to acceptance. The sales price division and disbursements are listed below:
$50,000-99,999 = $300 Batesville Area Chamber Gift Certificates
$100,000-199,999 = $500 Batesville Area Chamber Gift Certificates
$200,000-299,999 = $1000 Batesville Area Chamber Gift Certificates
$300,000 and up = $1,500 Batesville Area Chamber Gift Certificates
These will be given after the successful closing of the transaction. Full disclosure will be provided to the listing agent at the time of acceptance.

The Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce Gift Certificate program details are available upon request.

It is the buyers' responsibility to make their lenders aware of their participation in this program and that their lender does not find this program to be a violation of their terms for the buyers' mortgage. The Stimulus Dollars will be given to the buyer after the successful closing and will in no way be a part of the Purchase Agreement or the HUD Settlement Statement. It is also the buyers' responsibility to check with their tax preparer to be sure of any tax implications that might arise from becoming a participant.
